• Definite Leader.
• Core background in Databricks and Fabric.
• Someone who lives and breathes data and understands all its complexities. 
• Exposure to, or an understanding of, a broad cross-section of on prem, hybrid and cloud data platforms. 
• Experience leading a data stream and working with senior stakeholders 
• A solid understanding of functional architecture, modern data warehousing, big data analytics and CI/CD best practices. 
• Experience with implementing and/or augmenting cloud-based data platforms for enterprise customers, including supporting solution architecture definition,
• Capable of working with security and identity management teams to design and deliver secure solutions that also support broader business objectives.
