The Tandym Group is Hiring a Clinical Applications Analyst Near Carlsbad, NM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm
The Clinical Applications Analyst will:
- Train new doctors, nurses and others on how to use the systems
- Provide training to all staff for system upgrades
- Support the ticket queue
- Manage projects ad hoc projects as they as arise
- Stay ready for on-call support every 3 weeks, including running updates at night or critical system issues that come up
- Perform other duties, as needed
- 2 years of experience supporting Applications and/or IT in a Healthcare and/or Hospital setting
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
