A health services network in New Jersey is currently seeking a new Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and/or licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their growing Post-Acute Care team.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Shifts: Evenings or Nights
• Hours: 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am

Responsibilities:
The Post-Acute Care Nurse (LPN / RN) will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to the residents and supervising the day-to-day activities performed by Nursing Assistants to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. 
Qualifications:

• 1 year of related Nursing experience
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• NJ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and/or licensed Registered Nurse (RN)

• Experience in a Post-Acute Care role/setting
