Overview

SUMMARY:

Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, the Associate RWA Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting project delivery, coordinating tasks, and ensuring successful project outcomes. directs, manages, supervises and coordinates the work of the various trade groups and subcontractors on the site to meet the work requirements as described in the plans and specifications of the statement of work in the individual task orders. Responsibilities include making sure that the work progresses according to the schedule, that materials and equipment are delivered to the site on time, that the subcontractors are on the project when required and progress is made in accordance with the schedule, and that the activities of the various workers do not interfere with one another.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist senior project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.• Create and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.• Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.• Monitor project risks and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.• Participate in project meetings, provide updates and contribute to decision-making.• Support quality assurance efforts by reviewing deliverables and ensuring they meet standards.• Help manage project budgets, tracking expenses and resource allocation.• Foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders.• Create and develop comprehensible and detailed Scopes of Work (SOW).• Assist with project estimates, bid packages, schedule preparation and budgets. • Prepare or oversee daily progress reports for work performed.• Perform various administrative duties relevant to project management and the Program Management Office (PMO).NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND LICENSURE:

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.• Eagerness to learn and grow within the project management field. • Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.• Exposure to scheduling and estimating software.• High attention to detail and quality workmanship.• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.• Active SECRET clearance preferred.

Preferred:

• 10 hour OSHA certification • Current CPR/First aid certification

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate the work requirements with various staff and subcontractors. Ability to prioritize, organize and work well under stress and maintain deadlines. Ability to be flexible and adapt to constant change. Ability to work flexible hours in order to meet deadlines. Knowledge of acceptable construction site practices including occupational safety and health regulations. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with internal and external clients and co-workers. Ability to follow direction is a must. Must be comfortable with high intensity work environment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates, supervises and manages on-site trades personnel and subcontractor work.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance. In addition, a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTI are required.
