The Office of Inspector General (OIG) designs, develops, and implements systems and applications to support core mission functions of the agency, using government staff resources. These applications are running on Windows and Linux operating systems housed in a Nutanix platform. The OIG requires a qualified, full-time person with expertise and experience in IT network management to work 40 hours per week. This individual is capable of performing critical administrative operations as identified in the scope of work. This individual will be expected to work with OIG staff and contract support to analyze the existing OIG network environment and recommend a plan of action to address items identified in the scope of work.

This position will be eligible for telework, up to 5 days per pay period, and must be capable of working remotely (including broadband internet access) or in an office environment as requested.

As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results. May be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Must have or be eligible for security clearances. May require occasional travel.
