The purpose of this task order is to procure the services of a full-time Senior Analyst in the area of cultural property. The Senior Analyst functions as an expert in research and analysis related to the cultural heritage of geographic regions outside the continental United States, such as the Middle East, North Africa, East Asia, or Central and South America. The incumbent carries out primary research and assists in the production of analyses that form the basis for entering into and implementing binding cultural property agreements with foreign governments. The incumbent also supports the functions of the President’s Cultural Property Advisory Committee and establishes and maintains liaison with officials and experts in pertinent governmental and non-governmental organizations.
