We are searching for a diligent Hospitality Maintenance Technician with expertise in HVAC or refrigeration systems to join our team. If you thrive in an ever-changing environment and have a knack for keeping equipment running smoothly, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks on kitchen equipment, HVAC, and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing fixtures, fixing electrical issues, and repairing or replacing damaged items
• Complete minor carpentry work, including repairing doors, shelves, and furniture
• Assist with painting and finishing tasks as needed to maintain the appearance of facilities
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff or management in a timely and efficient manner
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance roles, with specific experience in restaurant equipment, HVAC, or refrigeration systems a plus
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in restaurant settings
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with kitchen staff and management
• Valid driver's license
