Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Janitor to join our facilities maintenance team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our commercial properties. Duties:

• Provide cleaning services in public areas on a day-to-day basis.

• Sanitize restrooms

• Empty trash, recycling

• Maintain ventilation system and complete minor repairs as needed

• Make sure the establishment is clean and meets all safety requirements

• Wash walls, ceilings, and light fixtures regularly

• Skills to make minor repairs (drywall repair, paint restorations, etc.)

• Ability to work independently

• Understanding of health and safety regulations

• Ability to keep an organized record of cleaning supply inventory

• Ability to perform maintenance checks on the ventilation system

• Problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

· Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, and lifting.

· Work with cleaning chemicals; proper use training will be provided.

· Standing for extended periods of time.

· Available to work weekends.

Qualifications:

• Prior janitorial experience in an industrial and/or office environment is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Drywall: 1 year (Required)
• Cleaning: 1 year (Required)
• Janitorial experience: 5 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Trenton, NJ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
