Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various functions within the organization and contribute to its overall success.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
- Utilize skills to facilitate communication with diverse stakeholders
- Aid in sales management activities including customer interactions and order processing
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Assist in purchasing activities by negotiating with vendors and maintaining inventory levels

-Setting up and maintaining Etsy and Instagram Store
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Participate in interviewing processes for potential candidates

Experience:
- Previous experience as an Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and office procedures
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus (French or Spanish and English)
- Familiarity with sales management practices
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Experience in negotiating with suppliers or vendors
- Proficiency in using POS systems for transactions
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently
- Experience in conducting interviews or recruitment activities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
