**Position Title:** Cook (Full-Time and Part-Time available)

**Overview:** The primary purpose of this job position is to prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures, to assure that quality food service is provided at all times. Under the supervision of the Executive Sous Chef and/or Production Supervisor, is responsible for cold food preparation, including accompaniment and garnishes. This position reports to the Executive Chef.

**You Have:**

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

* Prior cooking experience in food service preferred

* Must have high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and neatness
