Job Description
Through a variety of strategies outlined through the 5-year Eagles Teach grant with the T.L.L. Temple Foundation and Texas Pioneer Foundation, the program specialist engages 3rd through 12th grade students in the field of education as a potential career choice.
The program specialist will lead the charge in building awareness of the Eagles Teach brand and its prominence as a novel approach to strengthening the teacher pipeline.
This position is funded through a 5-year Eagles Teach grant between T.L.L. Temple Foundation and Texas Pioneer Foundation which aims to address the teacher shortage in East Texas.
Extension of the position beyond five years will be based on future funding.
Salary information : The expected salary range is $50,-$55, annually.
