We are looking for dynamic subcontractors to join our team . Our products are rated best in the industry year after year;

we are a company with room to grow. This is a role that combines your competitive drive and desire to be a part of a team.

The Subcontractor performs a variety of administrative tasks related to our installations / services department. You will be the liaison with our existing customers about their warranty and service requests by answering incoming calls, managing schedules for our measure / service technicians and / or subcontractors, and resolving issues regarding their windows.

You would also be responsible for ensuring customer projects are executed timely and accurately.

Core Responsibilities :

• WEEKLY PAY!
• Uniforms provided and other company gear
• Dumpsters onsite provided
• Production Office Support
• We provide ALL Materials!
• Perform installation of windows, doors, or siding or roofing post sale
• Review customer work order and all instructions before leaving on assignments to clarify work to be completed at customer's home
• Keep customer's resident clean and orderly

Basic Qualifications :

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have construction experience in at least roofing, siding, gutters, or windows
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have the proper tools, clean / reliable truck, and equipment
• Must have General Liability, Worker's Comp and Auto Insurances
• EPA or Lead Certification
• Verifiable work history
• Must be dependable, maintain regular attendance and be punctual
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
• Must have workers compensation
• Must be insured

Schedule :

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate

Solon, OH 44139 : Relocate before starting work (Required)
