Summary: The Timber at Holly Branch is a boutique hotel in Gatlinburg, TN. 
The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and 
closing of the breakfast buffet, beverage station and dining areas in a 
consistent and timely manner, according to hotel standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dining area and tables for service with special attention to sanitation and order.
• Set up and maintain breakfast buffet according to pre-determined schematic and by the forecasted number of guests anticipated.
• Set up and maintain beverage station.
• Clean and reset tables and dining area upon guest departure.
• Ensure tables and dining area are clean and tidy at all times.
• Assist with kitchen clean up as required.
• Complete daily opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Collaborate and communicate with management and all service and kitchen team members.
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of two years of experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
Must be at least 18 years olld

Ability to read, write and speak the English language fluently in order to interact with guests, the public and other team members.

Good verbal communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.

Interpersonal skills to provide overall customer satisfaction.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to bend, stoop, climb stairs, twist, kneel, lift, push, and pull items weighing 55lbs. Must be able to stand and continuously move throughout the workday. Must be willing to work outdoors and be comfortable in varying weather.
