The Senior Executive Secretary will provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Chairman and Department administration office, to include a variety of duties including but not limited to maintaining schedules, answering phones, organizing travel arrangements, depositions, reimbursements, departmental ordering, preparation of correspondence, compose/transcribe/distribute faculty meeting minutes, staff internal and external meetings, coordinating functions of the Chairman’s Office including faculty recruitment, credentialing and faculty appointments, and perform other administrative duties as assigned. This individual will display high standards of professional presence and confidentiality and must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the academic and professional environment.
