Responsibilities
* Oversees the parts sales process, identifying customer parts needs and invoicing accordingly
* Upsell parts and components to consumers appropriately
* Identify, locate/ order and dispatch parts as needed by Technicians
* Works with parts manager to control and maintain parts inventory
* Communicates with vendors
* Communicates with customer on the status of any parts ordered and notifies them upon delivery to the dealership
* Performs other duties as assigned
* Must be able to independently maneuver parts up to 40 lbs
* Communicates with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
* Understands and follows federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Experience with auto parts sales preferred
* Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Professional appearance and great work ethic
* Proficient computer skills preferred
* Valid and current Driver's License with ability to maintain a good driving record
