We market and sell TTC products worldwide through a network of distributors, dealers, mass retailers, hardware retailers, equipment rental center and home centers—as well as online direct to end users. Summer Hours *Based on Location* – Enjoy a flexible schedule during the summer! By working a little more during the first few days of the week, TTC employees at certain locations are able to start their weekends early and leave by noon on Friday.
Competitive Pay- The anticipated pay range is $18.00-25.00 per hour.

What Will You Do?In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
- Advance global sustainability objectives across The Toro Company (TTC)
- Engage with internal stakeholders around the world to analyze environmental sustainability data and identify gaps and opportunities for sustainability improvement projects
- Assist with executing plans to deliver on TTC’s sustainability commitments, goals, targets, and objectives
- May include developing corporate training content focused on improving workplace sustainability
- We require interns to be enrolled in an educational program during the duration of the internship program.
- Participation in a degree program in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Environmental Engineering
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Confident, proactive, and able to produce high-quality deliverables
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability – takes ownership and demonstrates initiative and follow-up
- Adaptable and flexible – ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a customer service orientation
