- Entering a high volume of purchase orders (80-100/day)
- Switching quickly between four different parts of the business to keep up with a fast-paced environment
- Receiving purchase orders directly from customers, from write-ups, or from quotes to be transferred to POs
- Maintaining the company database accurately and efficiently
What you need to be successful:
- Strong data entry skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with 10-key data entry
- Ability to handle lots of moving parts and switch tasks quickly
