POSITION SUMMARY
Perform AP functions for multiple Travcorp USA brands. Ensure invoices for tour costs and other expenses are processed accurately and timely. Process cash disbursements weekly for multiple Travcorp USA brands.
The position is located in Cypress, CA.
Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process high volume of tour cost invoices for North & South America operations, including preparation of 3-way match in excel to review amount billed and input into in-house reservations and accounting system (Tropics), in a timely fashion
• Accurately process vendor invoices, tour prepayments and other check requests, including review for proper approval, determination of proper general ledger coding, and input data to the accounts payable system
• Conduct weekly payment runs (Check, ACH and Virtual Credit Card) for multiple Travcorp USA brands
• Investigate & Resolve AP related inquiries from internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner
• Collect W-9's and W-8's from vendors as well as assisting with 1099 processing at year-end
• Prepare bank deposits through Bank of the West EDS system for multiple Travcorp brands
• Assist with special projects in Financial Reporting and Accounts Payable/Tour Cost Payables as needed
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of heavy AP experience required.
• Knowledge of Oracle Finance and Microsoft office preferred
• Strong written and verbal skills required; ability to interact with all levels of staff required.
• Vision correctable to 20/20 with reasonable accommodation required. Ability to look at a computer monitor for long periods of time with reasonable accommodation required.
• Able to lift 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation preferred. Able to sit for long periods of time, and use a computer mouse and keyboard for long periods of time with reasonable accommodation required.
• Organized, detailed oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

PAY RANGE

• $24.00 - $26.00 hourly
