THE SCHEDULE FOR A RECRUITMENT - TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

This full-time, remote recruiting position is based in Arizona . You'll work a day shift schedule, with the flexibility to attend in-person clinics and hiring events as needed.

WHAT YOUR DAY TYPICALLY LOOKS LIKE

As a Recruitment - Talent Acquisition Specialist, you start your day with an exhilarating team sync-up, aligning on priorities and sharing success stories. A dedicated self-starter, you dive into the ATS, reviewing applications and setting up virtual interviews. Each interview is a chance to connect with passionate professionals, where you assess their skills and fit for our culture.

By midday, you collaborate with hiring managers, refining job descriptions and strategizing on upcoming roles. The afternoon might find you attending a virtual job fair or planning for an in-person event, always representing The Treetop with enthusiasm and clarity. As the day winds down, you extend job offers and initiate the onboarding process, knowing you've found another great fit for our team. Every day is varied, engaging, and impactful!

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Document interview notes accurately and clearly
• Engage in communication with candidates regarding offers, questions, or other onboarding needs
• Candidate Sourcing for Key Clinician Roles
• Utilize sites, such as LinkedIn or Indeed to identify potential candidates
• Send targeted messaging and required follow-up to potential candidates with goal of increasing talent pipeline for our mission-critical clinician roles
• Refers to supervisor, other recruiters and other staff as appropriate
• Multitask and work independently

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU IN THIS RECRUITING ROLE

• Conduct in-person screening interviews for BT and RBT candidates in Arizona
• Accurately score and evaluate candidate competencies during the interview process
• Minimum of 1 of experience in a recruiting, sourcing, or scheduling role preferred but not required
• Ideally experience in the ABA/Autism therapy space
• High level of organization and ability to document in an on-line system or platform
• Ability to be self-motivated, adaptable and flexible
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Experience using a web-based Applicant Tracking System or similar technology
• The ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and procedures
• Ability to adapt to competing time sensitive demands

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 years of ABA (applied behavior analysis) experience or as a registered behavior technician (RBT)
• 1 years of experience with ATS and full-cycle recruiting
• Remote work experience
