THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING A CLINICAL DIRECTOR - BCBAYour RoleAs a Behavior Analyst - BCBA, you're responsible for developing and implementing effective treatment plans. You provide behavioral therapy for children with autism, working directly with each client to help them grow and thrive. When needed, you also supervise other staff during their sessions. You maintain open communication between families and state directors, scheduling regular meetings to discuss each client's progress.

- Active LBA certification in Arizona
