Medical-Surgical Nursing Faculty Full-Time Non-Tenure Stream
The University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing is looking for qualified applicants for a full-time non-tenure streamMedical-Surgical Nursing faculty in the Department of Acute and Tertiary Care.
Faculty members are employees of the University and receive dedicated time and resources to perform scholarly work, travel to present their work at professional conferences, and opportunities to pursue specialty certification and faculty practice. Faculty promotion opportunities are available for all ranks. Qualifications for this non-tenure stream faculty position include a graduate degree in nursing, an earned doctorate (DNP or Ph.D.) or current enrollment in a doctoral program with expected completion within five years of the date of hire, and unencumbered RN licensure in Pennsylvania. Salary and academic rank are commensurate with qualifications and experience.
