Project Manager Application Development
The Department of SVC HS Information Technology is seeking a qualified Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst. This position will serve as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, working primarily on the Application Development team to deliver projects in a timely manner. Suitable candidates must have:
• Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement
The incumbent will participate in meetings and provide feedback during design and code reviews. Therefore, strong communication and critical thinking to build consensus and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders is required. Candidate must be highly motivated; customer focused and works well in a team environment.
Manages multiple large and more complex technical projects from idea through execution. Supervises all project parameters; documents user stories and functional requirements. Trains and assists lower-level project managers.
• Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication (written and interpersonal skills) with ability to communicate clearly and effectively with teams and across the organization • Meeting with and gathering requirements from the user community • Analyzing and interpreting business requirements • Reviewing the data and collaboratively designing a solution with a team of developers.
Little physical effort is required. Duties are primarily sedentary. May be required to move objects up to 25 pounds occasionally.
