Join our team as a Bereavement Coordinator and play a crucial role in guiding individuals and families through their bereavement journey while fostering a supportive and caring community.

In this role, you will use your expertise and sensitivity to provide direct support to bereavement clients, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs through grief support groups and one-on-one sessions. Experience in a community healthcare setting is preferred, and proficiency in English, both written and spoken, will be crucial for clear and effective communication.

Your responsibilities will also include developing and distributing grief-related materials. You will be involved in creating educational programs on loss and grief, contributing to our bereavement library, and coordinating various community outreach initiatives.
