The University of Vermont Health Network is Hiring a LPN - Skilled Nursing Long Term Care Near Middlebury, VT
We are currently looking for a nurse to fill one 80 hours per pay period 10:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m. (10, 8-hour shifts/2-week pay period). We also have limited per diem opportunities.We offer the following differentials on top of the hourly rate of pay:
Subject to applicable taxes, the bonus is paid in three installments: 1st after 90 days, 2nd after one year, and 3rd after two years. Pro-rated for part-time positions. Bonus recipients must commit to continuous full-time or part-time employment in an eligible position for two years with Porter Medical Center. Please note that current University of Vermont Health Network employees are excluded from eligibility for this bonus.

About The Long Term Care - Otter Creek UnitIn addition to our many specialized services, Helen Porter continues to build upon our 30-year tradition of high-quality long-term care services. Separated from the Memory Care Neighborhood and the Short-Term Post Acute Rehabilitation Unit, our long-term care residents receive nursing care and assistance with daily living, as well as programs and activities tailored to their abilities and needs.
- Evening $3 per hour
- Night $5 per hour
- Weekend $2 per hour (in addition to applicable shift differentials)
- Per Diem $2 per hour

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
- Must possess a high aptitude for learning, strong customer service skills, and teamwork skills.
