Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Special Project Leader of Network Operations, the Provider Recruitment Coordinator will assist the network recruitment team with all activities related to provider recruitment. This role is key to ensure seamless site visit planning and travel logistics. Managing multiple calendars across the team, schedule meetings, report management and formatting, facilitating meeting logistics are main responsibilities within this role. The ability to function autonomously and prioritize work appropriately is expected. The Provider Recruitment Coordinator will also manage and maintain the networks provider recruitment database.
EducationBachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
ExperienceFour to five years of administrative experience is required, including at least one year in a healthcare organization (appropriate education may be substituted for experience).
