The Patient Service Specialist is an integral part of the patient experience and a key contributor to delivering high quality customer service to our patients and visitors that is caring, consistent and reliable.
EDUCATION :
H.S. diploma or equivalent required; Coursework in administrative or medical sciences preferred.
EXPERIENCE :
Proven customer service experience required. Experience in a clinical and / or administrative setting preferred.
This is a bargaining union position.
