Job Requirements:
-3 to 4 Positions available. Full time. Hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mon -Fri, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday's. We are closed on Sunday.
-Bonus paid if you are a Notary or become a Notary. We will also pay your bonding. Notaries potentially can make and extra $200 a week.
-Energetic and Positive Attitude is a MUST!
-Print knowledge is a plus.
-Proficient with a computer and software programs
-Proficient in reading, writing and typing
-Organized, ability to multitask and have attention to detail
-Punctual and reliable
-Professional communication skills
-Professional presentation of self
-Ability to lift 40 lbs.
-Desire to work directly with the customer - face to face, phone and/or email.
-Work as a team player, team goals and assisting fellow co-workers.
-Cash handling experience
Job Duties:
- Provide superior customer service
-Sell and educate customers on "The UPS Store" products and services
-Sort USPS mail to our mailbox holders
-Packing items to UPS packing standards
-Operate all equipment - copy machines, fax, computers, POS system, CMS system, binding machines phones, etc.
-Handle exchange of cash, check or credit cards
-Handle complaints in a professional manner
-Bilingual is a plus
