The UPS Store is the world's largest franchisor of retail shipping, posting, printing, and business service centers. Although a subsidiary of UPS, each store is an independently owned and operated franchise business.

The Customer Service Associate/Print Production Specialist works within The UPS Store handling design and print services as well as front counter customer service which includes returns, receiving and processing packages for courier shipment, mailing, packaging, faxing, scanning, passport photos and notary.

The store offers brochures, business cards, door hangers, car magnets, flyers, yard signs, menus for restaurants, manuals, etc.

Experience in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative suite is required and experience working in The UPS Store or print shop is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Desire to participate in all other functions of the shipping business
• Enjoys creativity and pushing design to higher levels
• Autonomous and collaborative with the customer, from design through final production
• Software proficiency, including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and application of printing concepts
• Able to operate and maintain print and finishing equipment
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Able to lift 40 pounds

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
