Customer Service Representative

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or in-person
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of product inventory and availability
- Organize and stock merchandise on the sales floor
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively
- Proven experience in technical sales and knowledge of electronic products
- Proficient in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy sales floor
- Multilingual abilities to assist customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
