Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wireless sales, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Train, mentor, and coach store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a high-performing team
- Manage shift schedules effectively to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Utilize organizational skills to maintain a well-structured and efficient store layout
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in wireless sales or a related retail environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with customers
- Proficiency in interviewing and hiring practices
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of effective phone etiquette
- Experience in shift management and scheduling
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities to guide and support a team
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely

- Must be familiar with Adobe and Printing
