Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Duties: - Assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email with their inquiries, concerns, and requests - Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations to customers - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Stock shelves and merchandise as needed - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service Experience: - Previous experience in jewelry sales, technology sales, or electronics sales is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer interactions - Proficient in English, both written and verbal - Ability to conduct product demos and explain technical features to customers - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Sales experience is a plus - Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have experience in sales or retail, we encourage you to apply for the position of Customer Service Representative.
