The UPS Store is a locally owned and operated franchise, not a corporate-owned part of UPS, which provides, shipping, shredding, printing, fax, passport photos, personal and business mailboxes, and notary services.

We are looking for a motivated, efficient, Sales and customer service-oriented individual. We are looking for someone who is able to learn quickly and handle a variety of different tasks in a retail environment.

A successful employee will be outgoing, bright, detail oriented and able to work with a variety of customers. The ability to multi-task, think quickly and commit to learning all of the skills required are essential to succeeding at The UPS Store.

Prospective employees must be comfortable up-selling, cross-selling and marketing different products and services in-store to our customers without being overly aggressive. A grasp and understanding of general business practices such as punctuality, professional courtesy and customer service is a must. Strong computer skills are a must.

We are looking for someone who can work a flexible schedule including some Saturdays.

Responsibilities and Duties:

*Provide world class customer service, ability to handle a variety of customers and think on your feet. *Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership. *Must be a quick learner on computer software. *Past retail experience a must. *Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others. *Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment. *Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

*Strong computer skills *Previous retail experience *Out-going personality *High school diploma or GED required. *Prompt, reliable, and responsible. *Able to lift 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.50 - $14.50 per hour
