As a Team Lead at The UPS Store, you will be the driving force behind our store's success. **Key Responsibilities:**

2. **Customer Service:**

- Oversee store operations to guarantee timely and accurate services, including packaging, shipping, printing, and mailbox services.
3. **Inventory and Supplies:**
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock availability.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.
4. **Sales and Revenue Growth:**
- Assist in driving store sales by promoting UPS products and services.
- Recommend and implement strategies to increase store profitability.
5. **Store Maintenance:**
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Address maintenance and repair needs promptly to ensure the store's professional appearance.
6. **Compliance and Reporting:**
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including security and safety protocols.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
