We are looking for one PART TIME customer service associate to join our team. We are located on 5290 Matt Hwy Ste 502. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members and leadership
Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion
Maintains a clean and safe working environment
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
Strong typing skills
Retail/customer service experience
Good communication and people skills
Able to cross sell and up sell products and services
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
Outstanding phone skills
Prompt, reliable, and responsible
Able to lift 40 pounds
Non-smoking environment
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $11.00 - $12.00/hour.
