Job Summary :

The UPS Store in Cockeysville, Maryland is seeking a full-time Certified Operator for UPS Store to join our team and provide exceptional customer service in the PCS industry.

As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer service tasks to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process and fulfill customer orders, including packaging and shipping
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Educate customers on various products and services offered by The UPS Store
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Utilize computer systems and software to complete customer transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
