Arizona Oncology Associates (AOA) is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist for our very busy Flagstaff location. This physician will join a group of 2 other medical oncologists. Our physicians and staff incorporate a multidisciplinary and personalized approach to treatment to enhance the patient experience by providing complete care in convenient, community-based locations. AOA is a member of The US Oncology Network, the nation’s largest network of community-based cancer centers in the United States.

Flagstaff is a hidden gem in the state of Arizona. It lies in a mountainous region of the state and is home to the highest point in Arizona. It is unique in that it is one of the nations snowiest and sunniest cities in the United States enjoying sunny days 78% of the year. It is home to the University of Northern Arizona, the Arizona Snowbowl for alpine skiing and is a short drive to both Sedona and the Grand Canyon. With a metro population of 150,000 residents it is large enough to have all of the luxuries of a large city but small enough to be a big fish in a small pond. Flagstaff Airport offers daily flights to both Phoenix Sky Harbor and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airports. Being in a community like Flagstaff will afford an Oncologist to enjoy a practice setting where they can and will see the full breadth of care with minimal risk of losing patients to academia like they might in a major city.
