We support nurses with a place to grow in their RN career and use a wide variety of nursing skills. Although you are in the field 1x1 with your patient your team and manager are a phone call away, you are an integral part of an autonomous, high functioning, collaborative team where our nurses thrive. We have a thorough preceptorship and training process so our nurses feel confident and supported with ongoing learning and development sessions and support.
Our patients are children and adults who live at home with their families and are dependent upon medical technology. They require ongoing assessment and advanced care such as ventilator or BiPap management, tracheostomy, and G-tube care. We value your experience but will thoroughly train those who are interested in learning and expanding their clinical skills.
On-call : Not Required
