**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and sales experience, with the ability to work independently in a small business retail environment. Must have vaping knowledge, be willing to work evenings and weekends, and have exceptional communication skills.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers

- Be dedicated to learning about various products

- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs

- Process transactions accurately using cash register and Point of Sale (POS) system

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and some light cleaning

- Communicate effectively with customers to build lasting relationships

**Requirements:**

- Basic product knowledge of vapes and e-liquids

- Willing to work evenings and weekends

- Sales experience and/or strong customer service experience

- Strong ability to work independently and be self motivated

- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales processes efficiently

- Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems

- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
