We are seeking an Emergency Veterinarian Medical Director to join a progressive, four-doctor practice. This is an opportunity for an individual who wants to see variety in their workday due to our emergency capabilities: you will see medical cases from toxicities to cardiovascular, or perform emergency surgeries like C-sections, foreign bodies, pyometras, and more. The practice is flexible in allowing you to prioritize areas in which you are more comfortable.
You will also perform non-medical tasks that relate to leading our team and facilitate new routines and best practices that allow us to succeed.
About The HospitalOur clinic offers comprehensive emergency and after-hours care to animals in Blue Ridge, Georgia. The facility is well-equipped to provide in-house lab work, oxygen units, ultrasonography, radiology, intensive care, and so much more!
QualificationsDVM or equivalent, DEA license, active Georgia State license, USDA Accreditation, proficient in general medicine and surgery.
