- Tele-Advice and Tele-Triage: Provide expert tele-advice and tele-triage services to pet owners, addressing their concerns and helping them make informed decisions about their pets' health.
- Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with membership clients, serving as a trusted resource for their veterinary needs.
- Case Documentation: Accurately document client interactions, medical histories, and recommendations in our electronic health record system.
- Education and Support: Educate clients on preventive care, wellness strategies, and treatment options, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their pets' healthcare.
- End-of-Life: Quality of life assessments, end-of-life medical record reviews, disposition planning, aftercare arrangements, and providing grief support.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with our team of veterinarians to ensure seamless and coordinated care for clients.
- Client Engagement: Engage in proactive outreach to follow up on client cases, monitor progress, and address any concerns or questions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine and telehealth to enhance your expertise and service delivery.
- Process improvement and enhancement: Maintain medical SOPs regarding quality of life and end of life standards.
- Licensed Veterinary Technician: Must hold a valid license as a Veterinary Technician.
- Tele-Advice Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience providing tele-advice and tele-triage services in a veterinary setting. Must be familiar with tele health regulations.
- Team Building Experience: Proven track record of effectively building and leading high-performing teams to achieve organizational objectives and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Strong Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathy: Demonstrated ability to empathize with clients and provide emotional support during challenging situations.
