Some essential functions of the job include:

· Process teller and platform transactions accurately and efficiently

· Maintain security of cash drawer

· Ensure and promote accurate and efficient cash, check, and GL handling procedures

· Process transactions in accordance with bank’s policies and procedures

· Assist and provide support in representing the bank in civic, community, charitable, and networking endeavors, and identify other marketing opportunities to promote community recognition

· Assists with ideas to better service our clients and exceed their expectations

· Promote and cross-sell related banking products

· Must have knowledge of Retail services and the ability to handle basic requests

· Comply with regulatory requirements of state and federal agencies

· Provide consistently friendly, warm, smiling, positive client experience to all clients

· Other duties as required

We are searching for candidates who have the following:

· Skills normally associated with a high school diploma or equivalent

· Strong customer service background exemplifying a genuine belief in quality

· 3 years Retail banking experience

· PC experience in a Windows environment

· Outstanding language, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Willingness to learn

· Professional dress and appearance
