The Digital Marketing Manager will own the day-to-day management and end-to-end growth strategies of The Village Dallas’s digital marketing portfolio. Key responsibilities include digital expansion of brand visibility, establishing paid and organic campaign schedules for digital initiatives, developing engaging social media and email content, and implementing website improvements for constant optimization and property visitation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Management responsibilities of the Social Media Coordinator.
• Regularly monitor KPIs such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign ROI.
• Provide detailed reports to marketing stakeholders highlighting campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute digital media content using a mix of formats to drive engagement and increase brand awareness for The Village Dallas’s business units.
• With support from the Director of Marketing, allocate budgets to various digital platforms based on past performance, audience demographics, and strategic goals.
• Stay updated with current digital trends and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the third-party hosting agency to ensure the website is up-to-date and user-friendly; implement enhancements.
• Regularly review website analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and execute the external email marketing strategy; evaluate performance and adjust content and creative as needed to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Work closely with business units to support their programs, with a push to drive sales and traffic to The Village Dallas.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
• Partner with Director of Marketing and external agency to amplify creative pipeline and develop new concepts that will add to the organizational goals.
• Oversee the influencer marketing program.
• Manage agency video / photoshoots that occur on property.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of digital marketing and social media experience.
• Experience working in a multi-unit hospitality environment.
• Experience working with marketing agency partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be a team player, who cares about the team's work and success.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) proficiency.
• Knowledge of digital management programs for email, website, social media, creative production, etc.
