Starting annual salary: $86,000

The Program Director is responsible for the overall coordination and implementation the Multisystemic Therapy Emerging Adults Model. The Program Director works to develop and maintain strong relationships with funders and stakeholders for each assigned program, as well complete reporting as requested. The Program Director also develops and implements new programming that is aligned with the program and agency vision. They will provide internal consultation and collaboration with programs throughout the agency as well as mentor and supervisor program staff.

Responsible for implementation and oversight of the Multisystemic Therapy- Emerging Adults (MST-EA) programs including supervision of staff; adherence to agency, CSSD, state and federal guidelines; evidence-based practice standards; and assurance of excellent quality of care standards throughout all aspects of the program Provides clinical and administrative supervision for Licensed Supervisors and staff as needed.

Provides 24/7 on call support as needed for program staff and clients. Provides administrative and clinical support to all staff. Ensures adherence to all required training by model, funders and agency.

Maintains adherence to MST-EA model, accreditation, licensing, documentation, billing, and quality assurance processes and standards. Implementation of RBA and adherence to all standards of care associated with evidence-based models. Interfaces with referral sources, Probation Supervisors, and JBCSSD Compliance staff.

Completes Supervisor Development Plans (SDPs) in accordance with the MST model. Participates in the development and review of Program Implementation Reports (PIRs). Attends and represents The Village in network and collaborator meetings.

Experience and Skills:

EDUCATION

  • Master’s degree required; License Required (LCSW or Equivalent)

EXPERIENCE

  • Must have at least 5 years’ experience working with children and their families.
  • Experience developing and running programming and groups for children, families, and other caregivers.
  • Must have at least 3 years supervisory/management experience. Ability to lead and manage multiple programs and adapt supervisory style to support the professional.
