- Be responsible for coordinating program-specific support efforts for departmental communications and activities.
- Maintain and secure records, correspondence, and forms with accurate formatting and grammar.
- Track deadlines for report submissions, complete documentation required by programs, and maintain files in accordance with contract standards with minimal supervision.
- Provide support for agency-wide compliance audits and needs.
- High School diploma or equivalent and two years of prior experience in customer service or office support.
