Within the spirit of "Making People's Dreams Come True", this position has direct contact with customers, both on the phone and in person. Will assist customers with rental process, assist sales associates with processing transactions, transact sales and rentals on register. Will answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.
Part-Time, On-Site position. Responsibilities

• Handles incoming telephone calls as needed.
• Receives payments, deposits, gift certificates and obtains credit authorization.
• Helps customers with small parts/accessory sales onsite when necessary.
• Processes new car sales and reservations for rental cars.
• Assists sales associates by checking addition, monitoring deliveries of golf cars, and processing finance requests.
• Handles cash transactions, and processes credit memo’s refunds, deposit slips, returns and check requests.
• Prints invoices, thank you letters, window stickers and processes daily cash sheets.
• Opens and closes register.
• Completes daily cash sheet and gets all paperwork to the accounting department by 10:00am.
• Reports sales and deliveries.
• Maintains inventory and orders office supplies.
• Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, copying, and collating.

Education/Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of paid customer service experience in an office environment.
• Experience focusing on public interaction.
• Able to adapt from a low to high volume amount of work while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to run touch screen cash register, calculator, balance at the end of the day and process morning reports for accounting department.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to effectively communicate both through telephone and in person with customers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, etc.
• Time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem solving skills and detail oriented.

Physical/Environmental Demands

• Occasionally stand, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, lift 30 pounds and move up to 15 pounds.
• Constantly exposed to inside working conditions and occasionally exposed to outside working conditions, mechanical moving parts, electrical, different noise levels, and chemicals.
