Registered Nurse, LPN, and/or a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Psychology with experience in Utilization Review preferred. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills are essential. Requires good computer skills. Able to work independently and collegially with all clinical disciplines. Has knowledge of regulatory and insurance reimbursement requirements. Able to monitor and evaluate records for quality and appropriateness of care.
