Vitality NP Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team!

Full time/ Part time position open for NP in a skilled nursing facility in Cumberland, MD.

Offering flexible hours and days. No weekend, evenings or on call required!

Responsibilities:

• Assessment of all recent admissions and acute issues of both subacute and long-term care patients
• Prevention of needless hospital transfers through early assessment and interventions
• Communication and collaboration with primary care and specialists

Qualifications:

• Previous RN experience - NEW NP GRADS WELCOMED!
• Ability to work as an interdisciplinary team member
• Good critical thinking/ assessment skills and the ability to function in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and computers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
