The team is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel. Job Summary:This role supports Disney Growth Marketing’s Global Paid Media team in ensuring smooth operations, meeting deliverables for all media campaigns, and maintaining overall team organization, resulting in timely campaign launches and successful project deliveries to drive new subscriber acquisition & Disney Streaming’s profitability business objectives for Disney and The Disney Bundle.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of creative assets to the Growth Marketing Paid Media team.
  • Contribute to and provide extensive support to the Growth Marketing Paid Media team’s strategic process improvement projects by delivering requested materials, builds, and support as needed.
  • Maintain project management tool to ensure all workstreams are up-to-date and processes are properly documented and communicated.
  • Coordinate and maintain the Growth Marketing Paid Media team’s dedicated internal resource space, ensuring all resources are accurate and up to date.
  • Support the change management process and communicate risks, blockers, and escalations as needed, keeping teams accountable and informed on project plans and timelines.
Basic Requirements:
  • Some experience in a digital marketing/paid media required, including relevant internship experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising; OR equivalent professional work experience
  • Must possess an innovative and growth-oriented mindset and excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 years' experience in digital marketing/paid media or relevant internship experience preferred.
  • Understanding of digital marketing creative formats & best practices - experience with paid social, display, video and other formats is preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools (Airtable, monday.com, Trello, Asana, Jira) is preferred.
  • Experience with file management (e.g. Box, Google Drive) in a professional environment is preferred.
The hiring range for this position in New York City is $60,500 to $81,100 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
