Job Description

As a Legal Intake Specialist here at Ward Law Group, you will be working in a fast-paced and growing work environment, where you will put your customer service and sales knowledge and skills in action to help our clients and at the same time you will learn and develop new sales skills and growth your professional path. You will be working with our investigator team to help our prospective new clients over the phone with their questions, do’s and don’ts when involved in a car accident and so much more. You will guide our new and prospective clients through a hard and stressful time to find the best solution for their medical care and compensation for the injuries they have.

You will receive inbound calls and also meet in person in our office with our prospective new clients and will help them with great customer service skills to obtain the best legal service in the market.

Legal Intake Specialist job duties but not limited are:

• Answer inbound calls from potential new clients.
• Make outbound calls in a timely manner for follow-up when needed.
• Help potential new clients with their questions.
• Review carefully each case information.
• Guide them patiently with the onboarding process.
• Collect the information needed for each particular case.
• Request attorney assistance when needed.
• Creation of new intakes in an organized manner.
• Communicate with other team members to effectively resolve problems.
• Ensure all paperwork is properly completed and signed.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to speak Spanish and English fluently.
• Must be able to Speak Spanish fluently. (Please take this in consideration - this is a MUST for this position).
• Ability to work Monday through Friday (9:00 am EST to 5:30 pm EST and 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday per month (9:00 am EST to 2:00 pm EST).
• Upbeat and energetic.
• Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively.
• People person, able to provide excellent customer service.
• Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management.
• Responsible, goal oriented and organized.

• THIS POSTION IS FULLY COMMISION BASED.
• Salary range between $72,000 to $108,000 per year. THIS POSTION IS FULLY COMMISION BASED after training.
• Training is paid (1 Month training, after training you will switch to fully commission based payment).
• Monthly commissions can vary between $6000 to $9000 per month. (Average monthly salary).
