Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Yoga Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 200-hour teacher training, a strong knowledge of anatomy, and a deep appreciation for proper form in yoga practice. As a Yoga Instructor at The Well Studio, you will be the face of our community, embodying our values and contributing to the serene and welcoming atmosphere we are known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead yoga classes that cater to various skill levels, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
• Demonstrate and guide proper form and technique, with a keen focus on the anatomical aspects of yoga.
• Foster an inclusive and respectful atmosphere, making all members feel welcome and valued.
• Teach a minimum of 5 classes per week.
• Clean up after each class, ensuring the studio remains pristine and inviting.
• Maintain the aesthetics of The Well Studio by cleaning and restocking class props in their appropriate places.
• Uphold and promote The Well Studio’s culture and values, prioritizing mental health and well-being alongside physical fitness.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and the ability to teach proper form and technique.
• Passion for promoting mental health and a holistic approach to well-being.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members.
• Ability to maintain the ambiance of The Well Studio.
• Willingness to clean up after classes and maintain the studio's cleanliness and organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience teaching yoga in a studio setting.
• Additional certifications or specializations in yoga or other forms of fitness (e.g., restorative yoga, prenatal yoga, Pilates, barre, etc.).
• Background in wellness or mental health practices.
